You'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, working independently and collaboratively with other departments.Responsibilities:
Utilize your in-depth NetSuite knowledge to manage daily bank reconciliations, ensuring all entries match bank statements.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, processing invoices, facilitating timely vendor payments, and recording customer transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, processing bi-weekly payments through the ADP portal and integrating them seamlessly with NetSuite.
Manage independent contractors, including filing agreements, scheduling renewals, and tracking commission rates.
Prepare and file monthly and quarterly sales tax returns.
Address any ad hoc bookkeeping needs that arise.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping.
Proven expertise in NetSuite, with a strong understanding of its functionalities for accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
