Job Title: Document Control SpecialistJob DescriptionOnsite, 2nd shift (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM)Preferred experience: Candidate has experience with index/archival and Batch Record review.● Reviews and ensures that the manufactured product meets its device master record requirements.● Works with quality inspection and manufacturing personnel to facilitate efficient review.● Responsible for handling tasks associated with Document Control, including processing, archival, filing, scanning, indexing, and formatting new and existing documents within guidance of the document control QMS procedures and the MasterControl documentation software.● Actively manages the document record retention process through the contracted documentation archival system, ensuring records archived are well documented and logged to support potential future retrieval as needed.Hard Skills
