Handle customer inquiries through various channels.
Resolve customers' service or billing complaints.
Track customer interactions and document details of inquiries or complaints.
Identify necessary escalation paths for unresolved issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
Cooperate with the team to achieve benchmark targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
A professional and patient demeanor.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
