Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting Vuori’s Merchandise Planning function across E-Commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels. This individual will be the team’s subject matter expert in reporting and a critical partner in supporting the evolution of our Planning systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive system adoption and efficiency. What you'll get to do:Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions. Serve as the primary MicroStrategy reporting expert for the Merchandise Planning team by building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and ad hoc reports to support daily business needs. Document end-to-end planning processes to ensure consistent and scalable usage across teams and various systems. Influence business partner decisions by providing thoughtful insights driven by data and analytics. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Tack and monitor market trends that are relevant for the fitness & apparel industry. Other responsibilities as assigned.
