Payroll Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join our team, based in Campbell, California. In this role, you will be tasked with handling a variety of tasks related to payroll, customer service, and data management. Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll data entries Utilize Certified Payroll, LCP Tracker and Elation software in managing payroll tasks Provide a high level of customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently Ensure accuracy of customer credit records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the account status Handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently and accurately Continuously update and maintain customer applicationsRequirements Proficiency in payroll processing and management. Certification in payroll is mandatory. Proven experience in data entry tasks. Ability to handle high-volume data entry effectively and accurately.
