- Design BigFix solutions and effectively communicate those solutions through documentation, demonstrations and presentations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across domains, networks, databases, ETL, Custom/BigFix applications, reporting, relevance, ActionScript, Fixlets, etc.
- Clearly communicate project status internally and to customer representatives
- Deliver formal training in a classroom and/or online on a variety of BigFix subjects from the AIS catalog of courses.
- Ability to work independently if assigned as sole member from firm to client account
- Ability to work in a team environment if assigned to client account with multiple consulting staff
- Provide pre-sales support to AIS sales team in the pursuit of potential customer opportunities
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering solutions with the BigFix suite of applications
- Experience in gathering requirements and solution design
- Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
- BigFix Certifications preferred
- Diplomatic issue management and problem resolution skills
- BS in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
