Principal Responsibilities:Develops the client's value proposition/position relative to the competition and qualifies leads in terms of customer technical requirementsResearches, identifies, and contacts potential accounts to develop sales prospectsAchieve annual and quarterly sales budgeted goals and KPIsBy providing the finest customer experience, manage customer expectations and retentionMaintain up-to-date product knowledgeDefine client requirements and commercial opportunities, as well as timescalesForecasting, opportunity funnels, and sales activities should all be kept up to date in SalesforceCustomer interaction on a regular basis and the ability to communicate with essential employees

Required qualifications and skills include:Electrical or mechanical engineering bachelor's degree2 years of sales/business development experience in any technical field, particularly in the medical and energy industries, is a plus.Working knowledge with Salesforce.com or a similar CRMOverachieving goals is a proven track recordStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayHigh-energy self-starter with a positive attitude Excellent verbal and written, communication, as well as listening and presentation skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and work flexible hoursWilling to work on-site
