- Design and lead the implementation of highly high performant front-end mobile and web applications.
- Build production quality solutions that balance complexity and performance

- Leading Agile Teams of developers, testers, cloud engineers, designers and analysts.

- Working in conjunction with a Project Manager or Scrum Master to keep the project on schedule and under budget.
- Providing technical structure to teams and working closely with product management and stakeholders to define product roadmaps.
- Taking ownership of challenging problems and digging in and learning new technologies when needed.
- Facilitate teamwork via good documentation practices and consistent communication
- Removing ambiguity and able to iterate quickly in response to an evolving understanding of customer needs
- 10+ years of experience in design, hands-on development of distributed software applications and cloud platforms
- 5+ year of experience leading teams of developers
- 5+ years of consulting experience
- 5+ years of full stack development experience with any combination of:
- Python
- Golang
- React
- Vue
- Angular
- GraphQL
- Experience in RDBMS like Postgres, SQL Server,or NoSQL databases
- Mastery of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google) and design patterns (including working to SOLID principles and some knowledge of engineering for performance)
- Experienced with Agile/SCRUM software delivery.
