- Should be able to think through independently to lay the process frame work.
- Shall be able to act as consultant for process optimization.
- Shall be able to work with the customer to come out with use cases/ requirements specification.
- Should be able to evangalize the function knowledge to development team, QA team as well as other stake holders.
- Should be a quick learner and astute in communication.
