Billing Clerk

Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a skilled Billing Clerk in Calabasas, California. This role will involve a variety of tasks within the telecom industry, including processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and working with vendor contracts. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with legal contracts will be invaluable in this role.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records Address and resolve any customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer credit accounts to identify any potential issues or discrepancies Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments from customers Review and understand vendor contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any contractual issues Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain data and generate reports as needed Ensure all contractual billing is performed accurately and in a timely manner Continually enhance knowledge of legal contracts and vendor contracts to ensure best practices are being followed. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role. Strong knowledge and experience in Contracts Finance. Experience with Vendor Contracts is required. Familiarity with Legal Contracts is a necessity. Must have experience with general Contracts. Experience in Contractual Billing is crucial. Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in detailed work. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. High level of confidentiality and discretion. Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
