Publicis Media Exchange has a re-imagined Local Media bringing together our Collective, Spark, Starcom, and Zenith agency brands. Join our team and you will learn how to negotiate, place and steward local media buy in markets across the United States on behalf of our envied client roster. The Publicis Media Exchange activates across all local media channels too, including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD).This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Learn how to create and activate smart, inclusive and efficient advertising solutions in your assigned local markets
Learn how to manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure main performance metrics are achieved
Become an expert on local market nuances and how to use local market strengths to our client's best advantage
Become an expert on the leading local buying platforms and tools
You will have the support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel your growth and maximize your potential
You will have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising content

Responsibilities
Build schedules for lower ranked and lower complexity markets based on client guidelines for Local Video and Audio, subject to Supervisor approval
Complete systems training
Complete Media 101 training
Work with Supervisors to use PMX investment benchmarks within investment of Local video and audio campaigns
Work closely with Supervisors to follow the most updated client buying guidelines for assigned clients
Build schedules based on client guidelines for Local Video and Audio, subject to Supervisor approval
Integrate PMX partner deals within schedules for Local Video and Audio as applicable, subject to Supervisor approval
Monitor delivery of Local Video and Audio investments within flight when current data is available
Report and monitor preemption and makegood levels with Supervisors and Analysts, and work with sellers to improve
Guide added value and ensure station partners are following delivery
Provide main data to marketplace behaviors throughout the year using the Hotsheet for nuances and input
With Supervisor assistance, monitor the integrity of PMX rates in assigned markets
With Supervisor assistance, monitor and inform Client Leads of marketplace pricing updates
Review and advocate for the 4As Fair Play Charter and all other diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Conduct all post buy performance tasks including override input and rationale documentation, final delivery reporting, securing and tracking owed ADU/UDW

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
