Power BI. They need someone who understands OBIEE & Power BI to develop, support and maintain business intelligence solutions.

Experience with relational databases, reports: Oracle, SQL Server. If they have both, it's a bonus, but more with Oracle.
Experience with PL-SQL, T-SQL, and other SQL development
Experience with OBIEE
Strong attention to detail
Must be self motivated, professional
