At Walt Disney Studios, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will play a meaningful role in assisting and supporting the Global Brand Strategy team! As Coordinator on the Marketing Strategy team, working on theatrical and streaming titles for Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining organized workflows and supporting various aspects of marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include managing essential documents, coordinating internal meetings and presentations, collaborating with various lines of Disney business, and contributing to special projects. The role requires a proactive and diligent individual who excels in multitasking and thrives in a dynamic, high-paced environment.Job Responsibilities
Organize workflows and support theatrical and Disney+ Marketing Campaigns for Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm titles
Track and organize all information related to campaign for streaming and theatrical releases; including strategy briefs, scripts, screening requests, promotional partnership material, etc.
Participate in team and campaign planning meetings by providing meeting prep for the team, and circulating post-meeting notes to attendees and internal databases.
Collect, coordinate and maintain key department and campaign documents including internal databases, weekly executive reports/highlights for review, and title specific marketing calendars
When required, coordinate transfers of critical and confidential material, implementing security protocols
Contribute to special departmental projects and corporate initiatives as needed
Invoice submissions for each title on an as needed basis
Basic Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field
2+ year of experience in a marketing support or assistant role
Detail oriented and organized in thinking and execution to maintain campaign databases and information
Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
Effectively problem solve using resources available, exercising good judgement and discretion
Proven experience with presentation building in both Keynote and PowerPoint and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace
A multi-tasker who can prioritize multiple projects at once
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA, is $51,300 to $66,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
