Animation.Your Role Responsibilities

Maintains heavy calendar; schedules appointments and meetings with both internal and external partners and agencies.

Answers telephones, screens, logs and places calls.

Schedules all travel arrangements and itineraries.

Tracks and prepares expense reports.

Proos, photocopies and distributes material.

Prepares correspondence for review and signature

Opens, records and distributes incoming mail.

Greets clients, talent, creative staff and executives.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & ExperienceWork Experience

Previous administrative support experience required

Studio or talent agency experience strongly preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

High School Diploma required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills

Strong written and verbal communication necessary

Proficiency in Mac and PC

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, and filing procedures

Typing: 55 wpm

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
