Description We are offering a open ended contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in the Government sector, based in the East of the San Fernando Valley, California, United States. The role entails processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, addressing inquiries, and monitoring accounts to ensure appropriate actions are taken.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle inbound calls from customers. Deliver exemplary customer service in a call center environment. Accurately enter customer data into the system. Maintain regular email correspondence with customers to address their needs. Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation. Process customer order entries in an accurate and timely manner. Schedule appointments as per customer requests or requirements.Requirements Must possess excellent skills in answering inbound calls. Proven experience in call center customer service is essential. Exceptional customer service skills are required. Proficiency in data entry is a must. The ability to manage email correspondence effectively is needed. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Must be adept at using Microsoft Word. Experience in order entry is necessary. Should have the ability to schedule appointments efficiently.
