Bookkeeper

Description A company in Burbank is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to oversee the financial operations within Yardi Breeze. You Must know Yardi Breeze to be considered. Responsibilities:Process accounts payable, including generating payments and managing vendor relations.Reconcile bank statements monthly and ensure accuracy.Manage accounts receivable, including processing tenant rents and following up on delinquencies.Enter and categorize general ledger transactions.Generate and analyze financial reports using Yardi Breeze, including income statements, balance sheets, and general ledger reports.Close out the general ledger on a monthly basis.Assist with year-end closing procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices and regulations.Requirements Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper.Proven experience using Yardi Breeze accounting software.Strong understanding of accounting principles (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
