General Laborer

Job Title: General LaborerJob DescriptionAs a General Laborer, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bills of materials, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions. You will be tasked with lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 45 lbs. consistently throughout a 10-hour shift. Your role includes double-checking connections to ensure they match, reporting issues to the Supervisor, communicating effectively with co-workers on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy, and maintaining responsibility for the equipment issued to you. Additionally, you will receive, unload, and transfer materials to different workstations, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment, ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures.Hard Skills

Personal protective equipment (PPE) must always be used including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes with composite toe reinforcement above the ankle.
