Job Title: 2nd Shift Shipping Clerk- $19/hr- Hiring ASAPJob DescriptionA distribution company that manufactures automotive parts is seeking a long-term shipping clerk/warehouse worker.Responsibilities

Receive and restock inventory, dispatch, and manage overstock.

Load and unload materials from trucks.

Break down boxes and package items for shipment.

Use order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders.

Assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed.

Package items for shipment.

Pick orders utilizing stairs to reach material for the automotive industry (rolling stairs may range from 7-15 steps long).

Essential Skills

Experience with picking, RF scanners, packing, packaging, pallet jacks, unloading, loading, order picking, inventory, warehouse inventory, and shipping & receiving.

Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Comfortable utilizing rolling safety ladders (5-7 steps, and rarely a 15 ft stair ladder).

Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat.

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment individually.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to operate forklifts (training provided after direct hire).

The 2nd shift hours are 2 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. The dress code requires plain shirts, jeans (no holes), and closed-toed shoes.
