Billing Clerk

Description On behalf of our client, a successful contractor in the construction industry, we are looking for a Billing Specialist for their manufacturing division.Responsibilities: Process and manage billing functions in a timely and accurate manner Utilize ERP (JDE) for billing-related tasks and maintain accurate records Carry out data entry tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping Solve problems that may arise during the billing process Utilize basic to intermediate Excel skills for data management and analysis Apply payments accurately Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner Work as the key person in the billing function, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.Requirements A minimum of 3 years experience in Billing/Accounts Receivable/ Cash Application Excellent organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry Proficiency in Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
