Job Summary:SENIOR MANAGER, ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS Location: Remote in the US Division: Ticketmaster NALine Manager: Senior Director, Product Analytics, and InsightsContract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week THE TEAMThe Insights and Analytics Team at Ticketmaster is a highly skilled and collaborative team that identifies opportunities for improvements to product features and drives overall revenue by innovating new ways to look at data and providing analysis and insights. Members of the Insights and Analytics Team partner with business teams across multiple functions including Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, & Finance providing analyses covering fan insights, ticket sales, shopping behavior, site analytics, incremental revenue streams, venue/client analysis, and customer lifetime value.THE JOBWe are in search of an experienced analyst who will support Product Analytics and Insights. As the Sr. Manager, Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for providing actionable data insights that drive product development and enhance the overall fan experience. You will work with complex data sources, multiple tools, and analytical rigor. You will work with various teams to co-ordinate analysis and testing efforts.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key product metrics aligned with business objectives.

Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform product strategy.

Lead the development and implementation of analytics tools and methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and counterparts within the Insights and Analytics NA organization.

Partner with the research team to triangulate and understand our fans’ needs and provide actionable insights that help stakeholders make informed business decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders on testing design and performance reporting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

5-7 years of experience in working with product analytics platforms and tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, Monetate, Contentsquare, Mixpanel, Heap, Looker, & Gainsight

Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, Competitive Insights, and/or Management Consulting is necessary.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders are required.

The ability to design and run complex experimental product tests, from AB to Multivariate tests, is essential.

Experience with third-party web and mobile analytics tools is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like BigQuery, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
