Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Beverly Hills, California. This role is crucial in our team as you will be providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The Help Desk Analyst II will be the first point of contact for our users, who need technical help. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Use Citrix Technologies to address user needs and ensure effective operation of systems and programs. Employ your skills in Database Management to maintain and improve our existing systems. Use EO/IR systems to identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems. Utilize Lotus Notes for effective communication and organization within the team. Leverage your familiarity with Microsoft Suite for documentation, reporting, and presentation tasks. Apply your knowledge of Active Directory to manage network access and ensure security. Use your expertise in Computer Hardware to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues. Apply Configuration Management techniques to improve system reliability and performance. Provide Deskside Support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Use your knowledge of Desktop Hardware to install, update, and maintain hardware components. Requirements Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required Experience in handling database systems Knowledge of EO/IR systems is a must Familiarity with Lotus Notes is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required Experience with Active Directory is needed Proficient in Computer Hardware systems Ability to perform Configuration Management tasks Experience in Deskside Support role is preferred Understanding of Desktop Hardware is necessary Must have excellent problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work Excellent customer service skills are required Familiarity with ITIL and service management is desirable Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience Prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
