Job Summary:The Global Accounts Intern will assist The Global Account Team in developing and executing global account strategies to promote continued success of our global client relationships and growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for account management, business development, data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.The candidate will learn about:

Ticketmaster Markets, Global Clients (both existing and prospect) as well as Products / Solutions leveraged by our teams to win and retain business.

Gain a better understanding of the account management and business development landscape across our markets, with a focus on client accounts which transcend borders, and how we actively support them as well as our teams.

Gain real-world experience by playing an active role in preparing client profiles, researching new opportunities, and understanding our client’s business and how Ticketmaster can support their goals.

Learn how to research and prioritise opportunities, manage multiple stakeholders to arrive at collaborative solutions and develop plans to drive continued growth of global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively support the global account manager in their day to day.

Research and create client account profiles.

Monitor and report on client account activity.

Keep a pulse on global client’s activity in industry news and client websites.

Utilize Excel and Powerpoint in day-to-day tasks.

Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.

Attend and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a business related field.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

An avid interest in learning about the ticketing / entertainment industry

Proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively

Ability to take direction while also displaying strong personal initiative

A creative thinker and self-starter with a winning attitude

Ability to work well remotely and within a team environment (2-day hybrid in Beverly Hills office)
