Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Benicia, California. This role is within the industry where you will be responsible for handling and maintaining customer credit applications and records. Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications adhering to the company's protocols. Maintain and update customer credit records regularly to ensure accuracy. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions as required. Ensure accurate and timely processing of checks. Code invoices correctly for easy retrieval and reference. Perform data entry tasks to update the database with the latest information. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. Use Yardi for managing and tracking customer accounts. Requirements Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) Demonstrated experience in performing Check Runs Skilled in Coding Invoices for accurate financial tracking Familiarity with Data Entry procedures for maintaining records Expertise in Invoice Processing to ensure timely payments Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis Experience with Yardi software for property management and accounting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
