Some of the treatments our devices perform are body sculpting, hair removal, pigmented lesions, skin revitalization, tattoo removal, vascular lesions, and women's health! Our Quality Manager will be responsible for using a disciplined approach with technical, statistics and knowledge of national and international standards and regulatory requirements to ensure that products are developed and manufactured in compliance with the Company's quality system and regulatory requirements in support of Company's strategic plan and Department/Individual goals. This position has the authority to identify deficiencies in quality system and device performance, and recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to include design and process verification and validations.

Job Details

Position Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred, in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science with 7+ years of related experience.Commercially designed and released several products that includes firmware for medical or laser devices.Experience in systems level design, integration, and debug for electronic devices; medical devices is a plus.Proactive and independent about solving problems and communicating status.Extensive knowledge of Analog and Digital design.Strong systems and circuit board level debugging, testing, and documentation fundamentals.Good understanding of EMI, radiated emissions, and mitigation techniques.Experience in schematic capture and PCB layout tools, preferably Altium Designer.Ability to work with other electrical, mechanical, optical, software engineers and scientists to develop new products.Experience with IEC 60601-1, EMC, ISO 14971, and regulatory compliance process preferred.The products contain high voltage electronics, control circuits, electro-mechanical devices, electro-optics and instrumentation. Candidate to be familiar and willing to quickly pick up those aspects of device design.

Desired Skills:

Basic understanding of logic design, FPGA implementation, and Verilog.Experience in driving diode pumped solid-state and flash-lamp pumped lasers.Working knowledge of high-voltage, high-current power supply designs for flash-lamps and laser diodes.Comfortable with simulation and automation tools such as LTspice, Matlab, Labview, FPGA test bench.Knowledge of risk management.
