Description Job Summary:The HR Coordinator assists the HR department in carrying out various administrative tasks and HR-related activities to support the organization's human resources functions. This role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR records, and providing general administrative support. The HR Coordinator serves as a liaison between HR staff, employees, and external stakeholders, contributing to the efficient operation of HR processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.

Prepare job advertisements and post openings on job boards and other relevant platforms.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, application status, and pre-employment requirements.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments.

Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing paperwork for departing employees.

Update HR databases and systems to reflect employee status changes accurately.

HR Administration:

Maintain HR records and employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.

Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment verification, benefits enrollment, and personnel action forms.

Generate reports and assist in data analysis to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements.

Employee Relations and Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.

Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances by providing information and escalating issues as needed.

Coordinate employee communication efforts, including distributing HR-related announcements and updates.

Benefits Administration Support:

Assist in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment processing, changes, and inquiries.

Coordinate open enrollment activities and provide support to employees during the benefits selection process.

Maintain benefits records and assist in reconciling benefits invoices.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

Support HR compliance efforts by assisting in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Participate in HR audits and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.

Training and Development Support:

Assist in coordinating training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.

Maintain training records and assist employees with training-related inquiries.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination role.

Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
