Diesel Mechanic

Kern Diesel Repair is in need of an experienced diesel mechanic. We are a private company and not available to the general public. Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot engine and aftertreatment systems on MACK, Paccar, Cummins and Detroit, experienced using Diagnostic Link, Insite, Davie4, and JPro. Willing to work overtime and some weekends depending on workload. Must have your own tools to perform most jobs, specialty tools are provided by KDR. Individual must be self-motivated and able to be resourceful and find solutions. Electrical experience and troubleshooting are required. Must be able to perform 90-day BIT inspections and Annual DOT Inspections, with repairs. Most work is completed in the field and on customers facilities. Able to stay organized and complete all paperwork and documentation.
