Apartment Maintenace Worker

Apartment maintenance associate is needed who is skill in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, some knowledge of HVAC, washer and dryer machines, along with good problem-solving abilities. Ability to clean and organize work areas. Ability to complete repairs and parts replacements in a timely manner. Strong time management skills. Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools.
