As a Solar Sales Specialist on our Street team, you'll connect with potential customers, educate them about solar energy benefits, and guide them through the sales journey. Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Strategically grow sales within your designated area.

Team Collaboration: Participate in training and meetings to enhance your industry knowledge and earning potential.

Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various methods, including door-to-door canvassing and referrals.

Customer Education: Inform homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, such as cost savings and energy independence.

Sales Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations to explain solar systems, financing, and installation processes.

Follow-Up: Regularly check in with potential customers to address questions and facilitate their decision-making.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales activities and performance metrics to achieve or surpass sales targets.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Previous experience in direct sales, commission-based sales, or retail preferred

Eager to learn and develop new skills

Ability to work independently and create an effective personal schedule

Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Commission-only sales role
