Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Office Assistant / Salesperson to join our growing team! This dual-role position involves supporting daily office operations, assisting customers in person and over the phone, and helping to drive sales. If you are a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and sales, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing excellent service
Assist with order processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Help customers choose the right products based on their needs and preferences
Assist in maintaining inventory and office supplies
Support marketing and sales efforts by helping with promotional activities
Assist the sales team with follow-ups and lead generation
Maintain current knowledge on products sold to better assist customers
Provide a positive experience for customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Customer service experience – a friendly, approachable attitude is a must
Sales experience is preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic office equipment
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle various administrative duties
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
A positive, “can-do” attitude and a strong work ethic
Must be able to pass a background check if requested

Physical Demands:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
