Services we provide include initial workers compensation injury reports, statements & interviews, personal injury intake reports, evidence collection pertaining to the case and much more.
Essential job functions for the Field Rep/Investigator position include, but are not limited to:
Taking pictures of ID, Medical Paperwork, and Insurance paperwork
Completing the necessary report that you have been assigned to.
Collecting Signatures from the Parties Involved
Daily submission of updates regarding work performed on each case
Maintaining a sufficient level of client appreciation and attitude.
Claim Investigator Candidates must have:
Self-starter who holds themselves accountable for results and performance
Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality
Good writing skills
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Active listening skills
Effective time management skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Minimum auto insurance in the amount of $25,000 each person/$50,000 each accident for bodily injury/$10,000 property damage
Smartphone and Computer or laptop (IF POSSIBLE NOT REQUIRED) with good internet connection
