Looking to hire a part time office secretary. 3-4 hours a day from 9am-12pm or 1pm. Responsibilities would include:
- Answer phone calls
- Respond to customers emails
- Prepare shipping documents
- Inventory management
- Coordinate UPS and Fedex Pickups
- Coordinate incoming freight shipments
- Other miscellaneous filing and organizing around the office
This could become full time depending on business growth and work ethic.
