The Welding and Fabrications team with SORDNA Metal seeks career minded individual for an intermediate Welder/Fabricator positions in our fabrication shop.
Onsite Interviews May 29th from 12:00PM-6:00PM
Schedule: Monday -Friday
Hours: 4:00PM-9:00PM
Requirements:
Self-starter with a good attitude and communication skills
Fabrication skills utilizing power and hand tools, FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and mobile equipment
Experience with basic machining
Read and understand mechanical drawings
Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking in solo and team environments
A background in agriculture or heavy equipment is beneficial
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for 5+ hours at a time
Willing to accept training, work overtime as required and travel
Valid CA Driver’s License
A basic welding test is given during the interview
