Job duties include propounding/responding to discovery, summarizing depositions and medical records, calendaring, investigation, noticing depositions, drafting CMC statements, communicating with clients/experts/opposing counsel, managing documents, subpoenaing records, and e-filing. Experience with ABA billing codes, and insurance billing guidelines required.
