Immigration Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking legal assistant.
Requirements:
Must have experience in Immigration Law Office
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish for both written and verbal communication
Strong ability to pay attention to details
Strong writing and research skills
Meet deadlines and communicate deadlines to supervisor and client
Dependable with strong work ethic
Duties:
Prepare all forms related to immigration family petitions, including I-130, I-485, I- 601 Waivers, 212 Waivers and Consular processing
U Visa certificates and preparation of U visa applications
Prepare and translate client's birth certificate, marriage certificate, declarations and other legal documents
Maintain case management system
Compensation will be based on experience and performance. Training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $25/hour plus depending on experience
