VFP Homes is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
What You'll Do:
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Take and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Help residents ambulate (move around) safely.
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to nurses.
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive holistic care.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California
NEW GRADS ENCOURAGED!
BLS/CPR
Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
