Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ECG Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and diagnostic evaluation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Duties:
- Perform electrocardiograms (ECGs) and stress tests

- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures
- Utilize medical terminology accurately
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Apply physiology knowledge to interpret cardiac rhythms
- Utilize sonography equipment for cardiac imaging
- Work in a Level I Trauma Center environment
- Demonstrate anatomy knowledge for accurate electrode placement
- Collaborate with emergency medicine teams
- Maintain proficiency in aseptic technique during procedures
Qualifications:
- Certification as an ECG Technician or related field
- Previous experience in cardiology or related medical setting preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
