Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Overseeing kitchen operations and staff
Managing food prep, line execution, and station organization
Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards
Placing and managing inventory orders
Scheduling BOH staff and ensuring labor efficiency
Training and mentoring cooks and prep team
Communicating with FOH managers for smooth service
Qualifications:
Kitchen leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
ServSafe certified or willing to certify
Must be dependable, team-oriented, and solution-focused
