Performs duties in supportof and in compliance with the performance improvement plan Joint Commission and other licensing accrediting andregulatory agencies. Is responsible to support the Nurse Manager of the unit to manage and coordinate clinicaloperations in order to provide quality direct patient care to the pediatric adult and geriatric population. Ensures allaspects of documentation care planning and patient care delivery to meet regulatory requirements. Responsible forfostering a positive interactive team milieu. Facilitates optimal environment to support orientation competencyvalidation.#RN@DHQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
CA RN BLS and ACLS required. ACLS for new grads within 6 months of hire.
1-2 years of previous acute care experience required or hired through the Versant RN Residency Program
Basic Computer Skills
Have met all of the required core competency levels and certifications for provision of care on the particular unit assigned to support.
Preferred Qualifications:
PALS NRP ABLS and NIH Stroke certification preferred.
BSN preferred.
