My client seeks a superstar Controller to work onsite, full time, in Santa Maria, CA. The Controller will join my clients leadership team by bringing high-level leadership skills and accounting experience to fully own the Finance Department.

The ideal candidate has a bachelors degree in accounting and 7-10 years related work experience. This person will oversee day-to-day activities of the Accounting Department, provide guidance to Accounting Department staff members and manage the preparation of various financial reports while also facilitating the many human resources tasks associated with an organization of this size and scope.
