Description We are searching for an insightful Real Estate Analyst for our operations in Arcadia, California. As part of our team, you'll be tasked with monitoring property performances, managing revenue and expense strategies, and contributing to our strategic planning initiatives. This role calls for a professional experienced in the Real Estate & Property industry, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities to maximize investor returns.Responsibilities: Monitor property and portfolio performances through monthly Operational, Financial, and Investment Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports. Analyze Operational, Financial, and Investment KPI Reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategic initiatives based on KPI Reports to optimize property revenue, minimize expenses, and maximize investor returns. Oversee the creation and implementation of programs designed to grow revenue such as Rent Increase Program, maintaining current Market Rents, and marketing and leasing programs. Manage programs designed to reduce and control operational expenses, including annual budgets proves and monitoring, contract services bidding process and vendor management, and mortgage tracking and refinance analysis. Track capital expenditure needs and make appropriate recommendations. Handle property and liability insurance tracking, bidding, and policy and carrier recommendations. Leverage skills in 'Microsoft Excel', 'Yardi', and 'Investment Portfolio' to perform duties effectively. Requirements Possess a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably as a Real Estate Analyst. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for creating complex financial models and analysis. Familiarity with Yardi or similar real estate software is required. Demonstrated understanding and experience in managing investment portfolios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Strong understanding of real estate market trends and financial principles. Willingness to continually update knowledge of the real estate industry. High level of professional integrity and ethics.
