Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. The Cash Application Specialist will work with the accounts receivable department to process high volume transactions. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment, be bilingual Spanish, and previous accounts receivable experience. Resolve payment issues or other discrepancies
Help with the management of customer database accounts- Handle weekly general ledger reports
Record payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers
Process and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances
Requirements - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy
2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of Cash Applications
