- Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders
- Work with Quality and Supply Chain partners to maintain an efficient flow of product through manufacturing
- Lead Manufacturing Engineers in process improvement to existing manufacturing processes as well as in the introduction of new products
- Lead the collaboration with product development teams to improve design for manufacturability
- Manage manufacturing equipment development and maintenance
- Evaluate workflow and methods and implement improvements
- Ensure manufacturing performance and quality goals are met
- 8+ yrs relevant experience in Product Development, medical device preferred
- 3+ yrs management experience
- Successful experience working with key stakeholders in the product development process
- Experience with lean, single piece flow manufacturing
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
