Description We are offering a contract for a Project Assistant position in Alameda, California. You will be working in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to Project Managers in a variety of tasks. This role is pivotal in the successful execution of projects within the industry.Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with administrative duties to ensure smooth project execution Compile, organize, and maintain project documentation for easy access and reference Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication Monitor project progress, tracking tasks and deadlines Provide timely updates to Project Managers regarding project status and issues Identify potential project risks and communicate them to the project team Ensure all project information is kept up-to-date and accurate Contribute to project planning and scheduling activities Support the project team in meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Requirements Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Demonstrated experience in administrative office work. Proficiency in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions. Experience in project management would be an added advantage. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. High level of professionalism and ability to interact with a diverse group of people. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if required.
