Oversee daily activities of union crews, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Directs, coordinates, and maintains crew training as established by FOM policy.Ensure crews are aligned with company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.Maintains open communication channels with crews, management, regulatory agencies, and unions to address any issues or concerns.Conducts monthly safety meetings, maintains safety training records, certifications, and compliance.Evaluates candidate applications and serves on interview panels for vessel crews and dispatchers.
