Description Join a dynamic team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical technical expertise! We're seeking individuals with a strong background in electrical systems, education, or certifications to manage and maintain a facility's infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your electrical technical background to manage inbound facilities requests on our help desk system, ensuring timely resolution. Perform and supervise general maintenance and repair activities, including office equipment, furniture, and manufacturing facilities' electrical systems. Manage work conducted by outside service providers such as janitorial, HVAC, data cabling, and plumbing, leveraging your expertise in electrical systems. Oversee the facility's preventative maintenance schedule, utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and optimize maintenance activities. Schedule and supervise outside service providers for equipment installations, repairs, and emergency calls, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Provide support for employee moves, corporate events, and ergonomic equipment installation, utilizing your technical skills to enhance workplace functionality. Track employee locations within the office and manage seating arrangements to optimize space utilization. Order and maintain stock of facilities supplies, including cleaning materials, ergonomic tools, and filters. Diagnose and perform mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing and material handling equipment, including forklifts, pumps, and building infrastructure. Requirements Electrical HVAC experience, education or certifications Safety procedures (broad level of this) 3-5 years all candidates required to undergo background check and references are required.
