Duties:Under the supervision of the Donor Care Supervisor, support the overall objectives of Joni and Friends’ Development department. Perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Donor Care & Cultivation
Address inquiries from donors regarding donations, order status, annual statements, and other development-related questions as the first point of contact
Aid in the management of the Donor Care email account and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries
Assist with processing transactions for donations or constituent orders
Coordinate with the Logistics department to resolve any order issues
Support the daily operations of the Donor Care team to enhance donor engagement and retention
Administrative Duties
Assist in managing the inventory of donor recognition materials such as acknowledgement letters and handwritten thank-you notes.
Help maintain the accuracy of donor information in the Salesforce system and addressing any discrepancies.
Collaborate with other Development team members to ensure that donor records are precise and up-to-date
Assisting in coordinating volunteers and associates who handle donor appreciation communications, including cards, emails, and calls
Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor to support department and organizational needs
Qualifications:
Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with the Joni and Friends statement of faith
Desire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministry
Proven success in Customer Service
Experience with database management systems and general office duties
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Professional ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally
Excellent discernment for social situations and conversations
Strong general computer skills are necessary along with a competent, working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and the Internet
Understanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirable
Compensation for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour. This is a hybrid position in office at the Agoura Hills location Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote Wednesday and Friday.

Lead Like Jesus is a course of study provided to all employees and is based on the book written by Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges of the same name.
