Customer Account Manager

Description We are offering a remote role for a Customer Account Manager for a client based in in Agoura, California, in the telecom industry. This role revolves around managing customer accounts, utilizing CRM, and offering excellent customer service. The employment type for this role is temporary. Responsibilities: Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service through timely responses to client inquiries Research and resolve complex customer issues related to accounts Implement procedures to streamline account management processes Monitor account activity, analyze data and generate performance reports Collaborate with the sales team to ensure account growth and increased customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to existing clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is necessary. Prior experience in customer service is essential. Knowledge of various procedures related to account management is indispensable. Research skills to understand the needs and concerns of key clients are crucial.
