LEAN Continuous Improvement Coordinator

This position will be on the production floor and responsible for the following:Providing support with the implementation of identified actions for process improvement. Supporting the education and coaching of employees on Lean initiatives while building and supporting a Lean culture.Assisting all departments with their identified CI projectsAssisting with managing a tracker to ensure projects are in line and being completed on-time. Aiding in the validation of stability criteria and coordinating audits with operation Team Leads to ensure sustainment of the standard. Assisting operations with maintaining process standards (Work Instructions, Process Maps, Standardize Work, 6S).
