In the role of Technician II and Quality Delegate, you perform electrical wire harness modification and repair at customer sites. You'll have the opportunity to modify and repair wiring bundles at partner sites. If you're looking for the opportunity to apply your talents and demonstrate your enthusiasm for the aerospace industry as we build smarter electrical solutions for a better flight, this could be the position for you!This position contributes to our vision by: Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites with the following dutieso Understand and implement instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.o Perform direct rework of connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and other components built in a wire harnesso Wrap and tie wireso Route wires according to engineering specificationso Change routing/breakoutso Perform Electrical Tests Maintain tools in good condition Complete associated paperwork Incorporation of engineering change according to the configuration required by the customer Assist with the training of other technicians when needed Engage in improvement activities including participation in lean six sigma initiatives Ability to stretch into leadership roles in teaching and coaching practical activities for new technicians Adhere to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and envriromental program and culture Regular, predictable attendance is required Perform other duties as assignedHighlights from our facility:Little Rock is a cultural, economic, government, and transportation center within Arkansas and the South. High school diploma or GED. Must have 2-4 years of Wiring experience or a combination of experience and training.
