Here, your success is our success.This position is 100% work at home, but there is onsite flexibility if that is prefered.DESCRIPTIONThe ABM Campaign Coordinator will develop Teleperformance's B2B ABM strategies, aligned to our go-to-market model, to increase account engagement, expansion within these accounts and pipeline generation.Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end Account Based Marketing campaigns across multiple channels which drive growth and expansion of TP client portfolio.

Collaborate with sales leadership to map stakeholder journeys, identify key account activities, and develop communication strategies.

Map and understand named account internal structures, motivations, and usage patterns to develop targeted and personalized engagement for C-level targets and their influencers.

Develop personalized and compelling content strategies tailored to target accounts, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.

Liaise with key stakeholders including sales and account teams, executive sponsors, creative teams, and external agencies, and suppliers.

Create customized experiences using various digital channels including LinkedIn, Email, Search, Website, and others.

Monitor, track, and report on all activity, leveraging data to optimize strategies and improve return on investment across all the campaigns.

Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget

Work closely with marketing automation platform (Marketo), CRM tools, and other tools to execute and track campaigns.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in USA B2B marketing with at least 2 years of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM) including building strategy, managing media, sales/marketing alignment, and working with ABM-relevant software & analytics.

Prior experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through demand generation marketing, including command of ABM principles and techniques.

Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM technologies.

Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Data-driven individual, comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives.

Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.

As a plus: previous successful experience in a remote & distributed team
